Discovering Resilience Webinar

Learn Practical Strategies to Improve Wellbeing

Thanks to our partnership with The Resilience Project (TRP), we are so pleased to be implementing the Early Years Program. As you may be aware, this Program provides practical, evidence-based, positive mental health strategies to build resilience and happiness and promotes four practices: Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness and Emotional Literacy.

To support your child’s journey with this program, we welcome and encourage Kindy parents and carers to join TRP’s Founder, Hugh van Cuylenburg for a free Discovering Resilience Webinar for Parents and Carers on Tuesday 14th June, 5.00pm-6.00pm. During this presentation, Hugh will share his experiences and combine them with practical strategies that can be implemented at home to improve overall wellbeing. With the challenges of the past two years, now it is more important than ever to focus on mental health and wellbeing!
