Enrolling at Tranby
Submitting your Application
Thank you for your interest in Tranby College. We are delighted that you are thinking about joining our College community. Before submitting an application, we encourage you to attend a tour to found out more about Tranby and to meet with our Registrar, Mrs Justine Robertson.
When you are ready to enrol, please complete the following steps:
1.
Complete the Application
You will need to provide a number of documents and an up-to-date copy of your child’s immunisation history statement. Statements can be obtained from the Australian Government Services Website and our Enrolment Policy can be found on our Policies and Publications page.
2.
Return the completed paperwork and pay the Application Fee
A non-refundable Application Fee of $100 per child is required for all enrolment applications. If your child is a returning student, this fee does not need to be paid again.
Please contact the College to make payment.
3.
Undertake an interview
Families will be invited for an interview with either our Head of Junior School (for Junior School applications), or the Principal and a Head of House (for Senior School applications). Interviews give us the chance to meet our new families and talk about how to best help their child/children when they start at Tranby.
4.
Securing the enrolment
Once a place has been offered, an Enrolment Fee of $750 per child (capped at $1250 per family) is payable, and acceptance needs to be confirmed in writing. (Enrolment Fees are payable to the Tranby College Foundation which supports scholarships and infrastructure projects.)

The below tables provide guidance as to what year your child will be in based on their birth date:
