As an independent, Childcare – Year 12, College community of the Uniting Church of Australia, Tranby College offers a nurturing learning environment, honouring the uniqueness of each child. We aim to instil a positive self-regard, encouraging ambition and confidence, and intentionally building wellbeing and capability.
Personalised Learning
Tranby College’s Personalised Learning Framework embraces both individual and group learning, while offering an age-appropriate and tailored education. Each Tranby student in Years 1 to 12 benefits from a Personalised Education Plan which takes into account their strengths, needs, skills and interests.
Developed in collaboration with the student, teacher and parent, these plans ensure student choice, create ownership and provide opportunities to shape individual education pathways to achieve personalised goals. The intent is to fulfil each student’s potential, ensuring individualised succes
Our Values and Motto
We are proud of our positive and inclusive College community, where our values — Respect, Integrity, Service, Commitment and Collaboration — are actively modelled. These values underpin everything we do, acting as foundations for our educational approach and guiding our behaviours.
Our motto of “Uniting in Faith and Service” encourages us to work together to give back to our community whilst acknowledging our spiritual connection. We believe this helps achieve a better world and we welcome families of all faiths (or none) who support this belief.
